How to delete an existing subject in EDC?
Deleting a Subject Casebook
If a user creates a new subject casebook accidentally, the user can.delete it before entering any data. Note that Vault does not allow deleting a Casebook containing data (including Event Dates), and some configurations may have this permission disabled.
To delete a Casebook:
- Navigate to the Casebook to be deleted.
- Verify that there is no data within the Casebook, including Event Dates.
- Click Continue.
- In the confirmation dialog, type “DELETE”.
- Click Delete.
Vault deletes the Subject record, the Casebook, and all associated object records. This action cannot be undone.
