Question:
How to update an end-user Locale in PromoMats and MedComms?
Answer:
The end-user locale must be updated by an Admin User.
- Navigate to the Admin view and find the profile in the Users & Groups tab.
- Open the account and click Edit.
- Within the General Info section update the Locale field.
- Click Save.
Note: The language field indicates the language in which Vault displays and it is non-dependant on the Locale selected.
