How to update the Security Settings on a particular document stage in Vault PromoMats and Medical?

Answer:

If specific permission (Edit Fields, Start Workflow, etc.) needs to be added to a particular document stage (Draft, MLR Approved, etc.), an Admin user can perform an action from the Configuration tab:

1. Navigate to Document Lifecycles and select the relevant Lifecycle that needs changes.
2. Find the stage under the States tab.
   
   
   
   
3. Open the Security Settings of the state and click Edit.
   
   
   
   
4. Enable specific permissions under the particular role by ticking the checkboxes, and click Save.
