How are the Addresses selected for the Ship to Business Location feature in Veeva CRM?
Answer:
- If no Account is specified in the Ship To Location field, the Addresses available for selection are based on the Address records for the selected Person Account. Only Active Addresses are displayed. Addresses are filtered based on License Valid to Sample and Sample Send Status
- If a Business Account is specified in the Ship To Location field, the Addresses, which are available for selection, are based on the Address records for the selected Business Account. Only Active Addresses are displayed. The Addresses are filtered based on Sample Send Status only.
