A user does not see records that are opted-out from Opendata despite having the HCP Opt Out Visibility Data Visibility Profile (DVP) setting enabled.
Is it possible to see records that are opted-out from Opendata?
This is working as designed. If the record is opted-out by Opendata through the data_privacy_opt_out__v field, the record is not visible in customer instances, regardless of the opt-out visibility DVP setting. This setting is used for the data_privacy_opt_out__c field, which allows users to manage the opt-out records locally, in their own customer instances. If only this field is set to Yes/True, the record should be visible with the opt-out visibility DVP setting turned on.
