How to check the Expiration date of a document in Vault PromoMats and Medical?

Answer:

If a document has an Expiration date, the field usually appears under the Key Dates section of the metadata, but it can be configured differently by the Pharma Company.

1. Open the Information panel of a document.
   
   
   
   
2. Navigate through the different sections and click on them to expand them. The Expiration Date field is populated with the date format based on the user's Locale.
   Example:
   -1/13/2020
   -13/1/2020
   -2020/1/13
   
   

Note: The user's locale can be changed by the Pharma Company's Administrators.
