How to Enable the Bulk API Hard Delete Function in CRM?
Answer:
To enable the Bulk API permission, follow the steps below:
- Click Setup --> Manage User --> Profile.
- Under Administration, click Users --> Profile.
- Open the System Administrator profile.
- Press the Clone button.
- Enter a Profile Name.
- Click Save.
- Edit the profile which was saved in a previous step.
- Under Administrative Permission, enable (check) the Bulk API Hard Delete checkbox.
- Click Save.
- Assign this profile to the desired users.
