Question:

Why drag and drop is not available when creating documents in PromoMats Binders?

Answer:

The Drag and Drop tool in Binders is only supported on current browser versions with Vault.

Be sure to update to the most current, stable version of an internet browser. (ie, Internet Explorer, Chrome, etc.)
