Question:

Why is the Download button not appearing in the PromoMats Cart?

Answer:

PromoMats does not display a Download button in the cart if Allow Source Download and Allow Viewable/Video Rendition Download are not checked (enabled) in the Admin area.

If both of them are enabled, the Download button displays with a drop-down arrow in the cart.  

If only one option is available, the Download button displays with no drop-down arrow. When hovering over the Download button, a hovercard displays which files the Cart downloads.
