Question:

When Can Users Download Source Documents in Cart within PromoMats?

Answer:

When the following (both) requirements are met, users can download source documents in Cart:

  1. The Download Source Document button displays in Cart.
  2. Users have Download Source permission.

If the Download Source Document button displays but a user does not have Download Source permission, an export note can be generated when the user tries to download it.

It is displayed and can be saved, locally, as a .txt file.
