Question:
The Publication_vod__c lookup field allows users to search for Publication_vod records when a Medical Insight record is created. Online, the search results page displays the following fields:
- Publications ID
- Title
- Account
- Date
- Journal
However, only the following fields are displayed Offline:
- Publications ID
- Date
Is there a way to configure the display of the search results page to show the same columns on both platforms?
Answer:
This is working as designed. The display of the Publication_vod__c field's search layout page is hard-coded and cannot be modified.
