The Administrator cannot delete a submitted Call directly. How can an Administrator delete the Calls if the Admin does not want to unlock the Calls before deleting?
- Populate the CALL_ARCHIVE_USER Veeva setting with the Administrator Salesforce username.
- Delete them from Data Loader or Workbench.
