How to remove an annotation or linked document Vault PromoMats and Medical?

Answer:

Annotate and Edit Relationships permission is required.

To remove an annotation from a document, please use the following instructions:

1. Navigate to the document.
   
   
2. Locate the annotation and click Delete from the Action Menu.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Continue.
   
   

The annotation and Linked Document will be removed from the document and Relationships tab.

To remove a Linked Document, please use the following instructions:

1. Navigate to the document
2. Select the Relationships tab from the Doc Info panel. 
   
   
   
   
3. Expand the Linked Documents section and click the X next to the Linked Document.
   
   
   
   
4. Click Continue.
   
   
   

The Linked Document will be removed from the document.
