Why is a Server Error with the error message below occurring when a user tries to complete a Document Workflow task in an eTMF Vault?
Answer:
In eTMF Vaults, if the Product field is not specified (populated) on the document, then this error appears. This is because the Study field is dependent on the Product field having a value.
To address this issue, the user must perform a blank save on the document to allow the correct Product field value to auto-populate based on the Study.
