Question:
When a Participant joins an Engage Meeting through a web browser (using Zero footprint), the Meeting ID is not the same as the one in the URL. Why is this?
Answer:
This is working as designed.
The Meeting ID in the URL is generated by Veeva and unique to the Participant so that the participant can be distinguished in a remote meeting.
The other Meeting ID is the actual Zoom Meeting ID which is needed to dial in for audio.
