The Multichannel (MC) Cycle and Channel do not save in Align.
When creating Channel or and MC Cycle with a Channel, Align runs a describe against the cycle channel's object in the CRM org upon creating it. If the CRM connection status is invalid, the Save fails.
To check the Connection Status, do the following:
- Navigate to: Integrations --> Align Integrations --> Validate Credentials.
- Edit the credentials so they are invalid.
