Call Clickstream record is not created when reviewing a CLM presentation.
The end-user and/or CLM presentation are missing the required configurations to create Call Clickstream records.
Call Clickstream records are created if the following is met:
- Users have permissions to the required fields
- The required VMobile Object Configurations (VMOCs) are active
