How to export a binder in PromoMats?

Answer:

1. Select a Binder from the library.
   
   
   
   
2. From the binder Actions menu, select Export Binder.
   
   
   
   
3. Use the checkboxes to select the parts of the binder to export.
4. Click Next.
   
   
   
   
5. On the Edit Details page, use the checkboxes to select the type of content to export.
6. Under Define Document Naming Rule, select which document field to use for naming exported files.
7. Click Next.
   
   
   
   
8. On the Confirmation page. Verify all of the information is correct and click Finish.
   
   
   
   
9.  Once completed, Vault sends an email with a link to download the exported ZIP file. This content is only available for 14 days.
