Question:
When a user navigates to the My Accounts Classic view, the Primary Parent is not displayed under the Person Account name. Instead, a different Business Account name appears.
Answer:
By default, the first column displays the following fields:
- Account Name (Account.Name)
- Primary Parent (Account.Primary_Parent_vod__c)
- Address (Address_vod__c.Name, Address_vod__c.Address_line_2_vod__c, Address_vod__c.City_vod__c, Address_vod__c.State_vod__c, Address_vod__c.Zip_vod__c all on one line, truncating to fit if needed)
If a TSF Preferred Name is defined for the Account in the user's default Territory, this information displays under the Account name. If no TSF Preferred Name is defined, the Primary Parent Account displays. If neither is defined, nothing displays under the account name.
