How to check the document status in Vault PromoMats and Vault Medical?

Answer:

To check the status of a document, open the material:

• The section in green displays the current status of the document
• The section in red (diamond-shaped icon with an arrow inside) means that the document is in the middle of the workflow

Details are also shown using the TimeLine view:

• The section in green shows the status of the document
• The section in purple shows the name of the active workflow
• In the Details part, the completed and active tasks can be viewed
