How to freeze an item in CDMS?
To freeze an item, a user can follow the below steps:
- Navigate to the appropriate Item.
- From the More Actions menu, select Freeze Item. This option is only available if the Item is not already frozen or locked.
- In the Freeze Item dialogue box, select Freeze.
- To unfreeze an Item field, select Unfreeze Item from the More Actions menu.
