Question:
Why is the new Medical Insight option not available when creating a Call Online?
Answer:
For the Offline platform, the button is available if the user has create access to the Medical Insights object and the zvod_More_Actions field is on the Call layout in the zvod_buttons page layout section.
For Online, the Medical Insights related list needs to be placed on the Account page layout.
