What is the Calculate Permissions option for bulk document actions in PromoMats?

Answer:

Calculate Permissions allows the end-user to determine on many documents they have permission to initiate bulk actions.

select the calculate permissions link to determine how many documents are affected by bulk actions

When selected, Vault displays the number of documents in which the selected action takes place.

in the action screen it will show the number of documents affected by bulk actions
