Question:
Is there a way to access audit trails for deleted documents in PromoMats?
Answer:
When a document is deleted, the end-user can no longer access the audit trail from the document itself as it is no longer able to be searched.
If a copy of the audit trail is needed, an Administrator can access those audit logs from the Document Audit History under Logs.
