How to edit the Sharing Settings of a report in Vault?
Answer:
Users can share a report with colleagues by adding them to a role in the Sharing Settings.
- In the Reports tab, hover over the report to find the ellipsis menu or open the report and go to the menu on the top right corner.
- Click Sharing Settings

- Click the Add button.
- Select the relevant Role, and search for the User or Group, and click Save.
To remove a user from the Sharing Settings, click the x icon next to the affected user, and confirm the changes.
