How to edit the Sharing Settings of a report in Vault PromoMats and Medical?

Answer:

In order to edit the Sharing Settings of a report, follow the steps below:

1. Click on the Reports Tab, hover the mouse over a particular report, then click on the Ellipsis menu, and select Sharing Settings:
   
   

Alternatively:

1. Click on the Reports Tab and open the report.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on the Ellipsis menu and select Sharing Settings.
   
   

To add a user to the Sharing Settings:

1. Click the Add button.
   
   
   
   
2. Then, select the relevant Role, and search for the User or Group, and click Save.
   
   

To remove a user from the Sharing Settings, click the x icon next to the affected user, and confirm the changes.
