Question:

When creating Sandbox Vault, a user may see a drop-down list of more than 1 domain. Which one should be selected?

Answer:

The drop-down lists all domains under the Customer Name. Normally, the Sandbox domain is with a prefix or suffix of Test/SBX in the Production Domain.  A Vault Owner should be able to identify which domain should be selected.

If there is no existing Sandbox domain, open a ticket with Veeva Support to have one created.
