Question:
Is it possible to restore an end-dated and Veeva CRM-deleted Territory and its assignments in Align?
Answer:
By design, restoring Territories is prohibited. For this reason, always double-confirm Territory end-dating before running them.
When an unintended Territory end date action occurs, a new Territory having a different Territory name with the same alignment data should be created.
While restoring Territories and their assignments are possible in Align, this process can be only done by using non-trivial methods which require careful planning and accurate execution.
See How to Restore an End Dated Territory and its Related Child Data in Veeva Align? for the procedure.
