How to change the owner of a document in Vault PromoMats and Medical?
Answer:
To change the Owner of a document in Vault the Edit Sharing Settings and Change Owner permissions are required.
To update the Owner of a document, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the document.
- Select the Sharing Settings tab from the Doc Info.
- Click on +Add.
- Select Owner in the Role dropdown.
- Search for the new owner's name under Users and Groups.
- Click Save.
Note: Adding a new document owner removes the current document owner.
