Question:

Can a placeholder be sent as a link in PromoMats?

Answer:

Yes. Vault only allows users who are added to Sharing Settings to be selected as the recipients.

A user needs to edit Sharing Settings to add target recipients in order to send a document or binder placeholder as a link using Send As Link.

Note：Sending the placeholder as a link using Send As Link function is not available for Non-Vault users.
