Question:

Why does the Primary Parent column appear on the Cycle Plan Target related list even if there is no custom marker field created on the Cycle Plan Target object to render this field?

Answer:

The Business_Professional_vod Record Type is enabled for Person Accounts.

To disable the Record Type, follow the steps below:

1. Log on as a System Administrator.
2. Navigate to: Setup --> Customize --> Accounts --> Person accounts --> Record Types.
3. Edit Business_Professional_vod.
4. Remove the checkbox from the Active field.
5. Save the changes.
6. Clear Veeva Cache.
