Why can the user not download the latest version of CRM for iPad?
Per Veeva Support Policy, CRM for iPad only supports the latest version of iOS and the two most recent prior versions. Immediately upon the release of a new major version, i.e iOS 12, CRM for iPad no longer allows for the application to be updated or reinstalled and presents the following error:
If receiving this error, check the user's iOS version and ensure it is in line with the current supported versions.
