What is required in order to display the Sample Status Update Button?
If a doctor's license is not sample-eligible, the red X symbol appears beside Sample Status (or DEA status) on the Call report page if the customer is configured with Network and the following criteria is met:
- Data Change Request Mode (Veeva setting) is > 0 AND
- Network Customer Master Mode (Network setting) = 1 AND
- There is an Address on the Call AND the user has Read access to the field that stores the Network license vid (Network_License_Entity_ID_vod and/or Network_DEA_Entity_ID_vod) AND not empty
Besides the red X sign, a new Update button appears on the Call report page.
