Question:
Why is an enabled Veeva Setting not working properly in Veeva CRM?
Answer:
A common cause of this issue is that the setting is enabled at the Default Organization Level Value level but not the Profile-specific level for the user's Profile.
Check whether the affected user's Profile is aligned to a Profile-specific Veeva Setting. On the bottom of the Veeva Settings page, in the section under Setup owner, the Veeva Settings page shows any profiles that have their own Veeva Settings.
