How are Samples ordered on the Call Sampling section of the Call page in CRM?
Answer:
Sample lots sort to display lots closer to expiration at the top of the list of available lots.
To filter out expired Sample Lots, Org admins can set the ENABLE_EXPIRATION_FILTER Veeva Setting. When this is enabled, all Sample Lots with an Expiration Date prior to the current date are unavailable for selection.
