Why does a Workflow Owner receive a notification stating an Internal User has a license violation?
This issue occurs after an Internal User provides an eSignature but does not have the e-signature permission. To provide the user the permission an Admin user (with System Administrator or Vault Owner privileges) needs to do the following:
- Navigate to Admin --> Users & Groups --> Permission Sets --> [Group] --> Application.
- Enable eSignature under the Workflow area.
