The Trust Veeva CRM on iPad in General Settings Verify button is not available. Instead, another Verify button is present. If the user presses it, the following error appears:
The app could not be verified.
An internet connection is required to verify the reliability
of the developer „iPhone distribution: Veeva Systems“.
This App will not be available until it is verified.
This issue caused by iOS corrupted data cache.
In order to resolve the error, the end-user needs to Reset Network Settings.
- Navigate to: Settings --> General --> Reset.
- Select Reset Network Settings.
- Select Reset.
