The Account Timeline aids your users in planning Calls and to view account activity all from the Account Detail page. The following activities can be displayed on the timeline:
- Calls
- Medical Inquiries
- Medical Events
- Approved Email Activity
- CoBrowse Session
- Engage Portal Sessions
- Custom Multichannel Activities
- and more!
Timeline capabilities include:
- CLM Presentation Thumbnails - Displays a thumbnail of each Key Message in the order it was presented during the Call.
- Activity Details - users can select the activity from the timeline and navigate to the detail page of the activity.
- Sent Email Activity - Users can view emails sent to Accounts by selecting the View Email link in the Account timeline details
