Prevent Backdating of Calls
|Users can be prevented from backdating Calls too far in the past. This can help ensure Call counts remain unchanged after they are reported on, or compensation is made!||
The CALL_BACKDATE_LIMIT_vod Veeva Setting allows you to define how many days a user can backdate their Calls. For example, if the value is set to 30, users need to enter Calls within 30 days of their occurrence or they get an error message. Users cannot edit Call dates past the limit, but they can edit other information in saved Calls and submit them. If you do not want Reps to submit Calls too far in the past, then use the new CALL_SUBMISSION_MONTHLY_WINDOW. For more info on each of these settings, click here.
