‘Last Sync’ and ‘Last Connect Version’ |
A simple report can tell you who has not synchronized their offline device recently. |
Verifying users are using the latest version of the Veeva CRM app helps ensure they have access to the latest functionality available. There are fields on the user object that are updated when a user synchronizes their offline device. You can create an Active Users report and sort record by ‘Last iPad Sync’ (or Last WinModern Sync) to identify any outliers and encourage them to synchronize their device.
