Question:

Why do Bookmarks show in both the source document and the rendition of the document, but not in the Vault Viewer?

Answer:

Vault does not support the program iTextSharp that created the Bookmarks on the document. Therefore, the Bookmarks do not appear in the Vault Viewer.
