You could enable the Timeline view online to give your users a similar experience both online and offline? |
Make your user's online or offline experience consistent by adding the Account Timeline to their account page! Not to mention, it gives all of your users (sales management, inside / field sales, medical, etc) access to the Account activity in just one click! To enhance their online experience with the Account Timeline, add the Account_Overview_vod button to the Account Detail page layout and provide visibility to the Account_Overview_vod VisualForce page for the users' profile. |
