Creating Calls from a Medical Inquiry

Need to link follow up calls to their corresponding Medical Inquiries (MIs), but do not want to overburden Medical Science Liasons (MSLs)? You can place the Record a Call button on the Medical Inquiry page, so that MSLs can easily let managers and other field personnel know that they closed the loop with a physician. When a Call is created from the Medical Inquiry, the Medical Inquiry’s ID is stamped on the call automatically, which is much easier and a better experience than asking your MSLs to have the additional step of going back to the account to create the call, after the MI was submitted.
