Unique Activities in Group Calls
|Field users can record attendee specific details in group Calls||
The Unique Activities on Group Calls feature enables sales representatives to capture unique information for each Health Care Provider (HCP) marked as an Attendee on a group Call. In this way, the Business Account Call page acts as a hub to capture the main information of the Call.
Attendee Calls are created from this Business Account Call page in order to capture the HCP specific information. Unique detailing and sampling information can be recorded against one or more Attendees, media can be shown to one attendee or a group of Attendees, and Call Objectives can be completed against the respective attendees on their Calls.
This feature is supported both online and offline. Also, this feature only pertains to Group Calls for Business Accounts. It does not impact Individual Calls with Attendees.
