Field users can schedule Approved Email to be sent in advance at a specific time. No more reminder notes! |
Users can schedule when an Approved Email is sent, allowing for more timely and planned communication. An email that is scheduled and is not sent displays on the Sent Email related list with a status of Scheduled, and also appears on the Account Timelines if the schedule date is less than 30 days in advance. A scheduled Approved Email is sent the first time the Multichannel Process runs after the scheduled time. To enable this feature, do the following:
