Time Off Territory Avoiding Overlapping TOT in the iPad |
Error messages can now be displayed on the iPad for overlapping Time Off Territory entries. |
To help improve data quality on your field productivity reports, you can display an error message when a field user tries to save a duplicate Time Off Territory (TOT) record. For example, if you load TOT for holidays, and you enable this feature, your Reps are not able to save a vacation entry for, let’s say, January 1st. To enable this feature, update the TOT_Overlap_Error Veeva Setting with a value of 2. |
