Account Hierarchy Out of Territory Accounts in the Account Hierarchy |
The offline Account Hierarchy page can be configured to display Accounts not aligned to the user's Territory. |
On the iPad and Windows apps, a user can view in the Account Hierarchy all accounts under the selected Account, including those not aligned to the user's Territory. This can helps users get a full picture of who works at a hospital to quickly identify Health Care Providers (HCPs) they need in their Territory.
