Account Name Expansion
|The HCP's primary account can be displayed next to their name in My Accounts on the iPad.||
Account Name Expansion is a feature which helps users identify the correct Health Care Provider (HCP) when looking through My Accounts or the Call Scheduler in Veeva CRM on the iPad. When enabled, the user’s Preferred Location on the Territory Specific Field (TSF) record for the HCP (or if that does not exist, the Primary Parent of the HCP) displays next to the HCP’s name (Example: “Jason Smith @ General Hospital").
