Account Hierarchy Viewing the Full Account Hierarchy (Including Unaligned Accounts!) |
A user can see an Account's full hierarchy offline, even if all Accounts in the hierarchy are not in their assigned Territory. |
You no longer need to align all departments and Health Care Providers (HCPs) under a Hospital or other Organization in order to allow your users to see its full hierarchy.
