MSLs can be enabled to fulfill Medical Inquiries with approved content using Approved Email. Also, your email templates can allow MSLs to enter free text! |
Medical Science Liasons (MSLs) can respond to Medical Inquiries using Approved Email directly from Veeva CRM when you set up Email Templates and Fragments. Not only does this save MSLs time in writing emails for common questions, but you are also automatically recording how a Medical Inquiry was fulfilled: A “Sent Email” record is created when an MSL sends an email to a Health Care Provider (HCP), without requiring additional work by the MSL.
